Facebook Developers Garage returns to Cape Town! With the founders of the Facebook Developers Garage Cape Town (Joey da Silva) & Johannesburg (Arnand du Plessis), the organisers of Apps World Africa & Social Media World Forum Africa present a free to attend two hour workshop.
Continuing the Facebook tradition of encouraging a grassroots effort to involve the local developer community to teach and inspire one another: the workshop will look at how the platform is evolving, and providing a place to explore, get gritty, tinker, collaborate, and test out ideas for building with the Facebook Platform.
Facebook Developers garage forms part of a wider app developer workshop taking place on 1st & 2nd June at the Cape Town Convention Centre. Developers can choose to attend the free workshop track, featuring sessions on Nokia, Android, iOS, Facebook (and more) and the exhibition, or for those with a wider interest in Apps & Social Media there are also paid to attend workshop sessions.
