Steve is one of the Asia Pacific region's leaders in the use of smart technology to engage and influence the behaviours of people. He's a student of the evolution of social networking platforms, and is particularly passionate about making it easier for brands migrate to connecting and engaging their people in new ways.Over the last ten years, Steve has launched two companies, the first being Accumulate, an employee, channel and customer loyalty company that he sold to Wishlist Holdings Ltd. (majority owned by venture capital firms JP Morgan & Allen & Buckeridge) in 2004.
In late 2006, Steve was approached by Grass Roots Group PLC headquartered in the London. A US$500m company, after thirty years Grass Roots had become a leader in the employee, customer and channel performance improvement industry. In January 2007, based out of Singapore, Steve launched Grass Roots in the Asia Pacific region, and over the subsequent four years, through a combination of acquisition and start up's, Steve lead Grass Roots to having more than 100 people across companies in India, Singapore, China and Australia serving MNC clients such as Dell, Western Digital, Telstra, Exxon Mobil, RIM (Blackberry) across sixteen Asia Pacific countries.
Steve see’s Tiger Pistol’s suite of multi lingual, self-configurable applications that integrate with multiple western and asia pacific social networking platforms as a key point of difference that will see the company serving a large scale of customers, from SMB to MNC’s.
