Technology Exchange Ltd, Established in 1987, Technology Exchange Ltd. (TEL) is a Hong Kong-based company with offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen. TEL’s mission is to promote the exchange of technical and market information between China and other parts of the world. To accomplish this end, the Company publishes International Broadcast Information (IBI), International Broadband Network (IBN), and International Medical Devices (IMD), keeps China’s industry leaders up-to-date with information on the latest technologies, products and industry trends.
The Company also publishes worldwide-distributed English language periodicals: Chinese Journal of Electronics. TEL has a website, www.tech-ex.com that complements the ‘International’ family of magazines, and serves readers including professional users and manufacturers as a technical information exchange platform for multiple industries both online or offline.
