    I loved what Alison Wightman at Virgin Airways said. It was a sound bite but this sound bite hit the nail on the head. The word she used was “activities”, what activities can businesses pull off to involve the user?!

    This is a great statement. Vicki Chowney at reputation online suggested, “it’s contributions” in all areas of a business that could make an impact.

    I happen to agree with both viewpoints; I happen also to believe passionately in ‘Resources’ on business websites, on social profiles, on forums, in newsletters, on the back of business cards, the side of vans, tops of invoices and anywhere you can get it.

    The more cleverer resources a business applies – the more pointing links I can get, the more rankings they’ll get, the more memorable associations the customer will get and my point being… more sales the accountant counts.
