Lauren is looking after the social media strategy for Nokia Care, Nokia’s global customer service organization. Lauren is originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and has been working at Nokia for over four years, both in the New York office, and most recently in the HQ office in Espoo, Finland.
With a longstanding interest in social media, and passion for providing excellent customer service, Lauren is a strong advocate for working cross-functionally with both Marketing and Communications teams in order to provide a seamless customer experience. Lauren is responsible for advising regional and country Care teams on strategic priorities, facilitating organizational best-practices, and helping to secure an optimal operational set-up in order to best service the needs of Nokia customers.
Prior to Nokia, Lauren worked at a small advertising agency in TriBeca.
Lauren graduated with a degree in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
