Celebrating and rewarding social media effectiveness, the Social Buzz Awards is open to anyone in the UK who is doing great social media work and producing effective social media strategies. These social media awards recognise the individuals, companies and organisations who are transforming the use of online to communicate with people in new and innovative ways.
Entries are judged by a panel of individuals who have extensive knowledge and experience in the field of social media from both the agency and client side. From twitter to blogs and check in/location based services to use of video, there is a wide range of categories to enter. Organised by The Drum- www.thedrum.co.uk - the Social Buzz Awards open for entering in March 2012 with the entry deadline in August and the awards ceremony in November.
