Today, Richard manages Dell’s social media presence cross-segment, cross-region, cross-platform including driving social media governance, innovation and strategy. Prior to joining Dell, Richard was a Global Web Consultant for IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers and led the launch of Microsoft Sidewalk - Dallas.
